I was kinda disappointed in reading some of the other reviews but I'm going to be completely honest and say that I've been to this location numerous times, usually 2-3 times a month. I have never had a problem here. The staff has always been quick and considerate. The ice cream is delicious, always new flavors to enjoy. I gotta say I was bummed when they changed their cookie dough mix in.
This place is by my house so I stop in a lot with the kids. No complaints except it can get expensive. Its always clean and everyone is nice.
I was there with my three year old today. I only saw one lady working but she greeted us right away and was very nice and welcoming. While she was making my smoothie a couple walked in and she let them know she'd be right with them and even offered them some samples while they waited. The smoothie was delicious, and so was the ice cream. The store looked very clean, it was a good experience.
What i didnt like is the customer service.. Felt that i was not given good customer service in fact the ones before me got better custermer service then i did. I had not jet finished my purchase when she moved on to the next.. And was so much nicer to them than to me.. I thought every customer had to recieve the same service.. And it was just him an i in line.. It was not busy at all..
Came into the store and it was just a mess! I met the new owner and she told me her story of having just took over the store and honestly she seemed like she had no clue as to what she was doing. i told her she had a mess out in the lobby and she just scoffed at me and said she will get to it when she can. There was no one else in the store.... I miss the old manager she was so sweet and always took care of us. I hope one day she can come back! Until then I will not return to this establishment.
