My child would give it 5 stars if he was literate, I would give it 1 star so between the two of us Jump City gets 3 stars. My son loves this place, he can run around from bounce house to bounce house jumping and screaming and jumping. I, on the other hand, am left dealing with the overall aesthetic of the place. Many indoor playground type businesses in the metro are built with both halves of the parent/child combo in mind, not Jump City. Jump City is noisy(large air compressors better suited for outdoors), the atmosphere is generally unpleasant, it is unsophisticated. Adults can’t even lounge in a comfy corner of a bounce house as there are many “no adults” signs posted. However, it seems clean and my son has a great time and we live nearby so we come here. He has a great time with other kids and I lean on the outside of a bouncy castle enjoying his enjoyment.
Went to go visit Mr. And Mrs. Clause here this evening and it was a wonderful experience. I bring the kids here once a month if not more, a 2 and 9 year old and sometimes a friend. There is fun for all kids and prices are fair on jump rate and concessions. But tonight we gained an even bigger love on this venue after watching a big table full of wrapped gifts make a lot of children happy. It was a pick a name from the hat type giveaway but while they were drawing names the owner went around personally giving everyone fidget spinners and after drawing names it looked like there were t-shirts to those interested or if a child still felt left out. Not to mention free concessions (Hot dogs, chips, cookie and beverage) were a nice gesture tonight. The owner here does a lot to support the community and really strives to keep these facilities at peak performance so before people run off and write bad reviews have a word with the man and see if the problem can be resolved first, but there won't be any problems. Thanks Jump City and enjoy you everyone else
This is an awesome place four our kids!! We love jump city!! Along with the owners!! The owners are so kind and caring! & do a lot to make our community great!! They're so caring and will do absolutely anything to make there customers happy!! Thank you jump city!!
Great concept but since parents can’t control their children there needs to be staff in the jump area enforcing the rules. Little children can’t even have the 0-3 jump house because it was overrun by 6-8 year olds. I even overheard a parent of one of them comment oh that says 0-3 oh well it doesn’t matter.
I would like to thank Jump City for offering affordable entertainment for kids! My kids love going here. I can’t wait to try out their new Knockerball activity they just opened in Otsego. The staff is always cleaning and are very friendly. Great place for parties too!
