We went to the water park only. Water and air was warm (even though outside temps were -10°F). Nice facilities but I wish there was a bathroom in the pool area.
Hotel staff is always nice and very helpful with any issues or concerns you may have. The rooms and common areas are kept clean. The waterpark is also very fun, especially the slides! Lifeguards at the waterpark could be a little more knowledgeable and quick to respond to incidents though.
I dont know if the -20 weather was a factor but there was no hot water. It was new years and the hallway was the place to celebrate apparently. Other than that the rooms were decent and check in was quick.
The room was nice and spacious. It was in need of some upgrades but was relatively clean. Not great though. I ate a dinner and a breakfast at the restaurant and enjoyed the food. The check in and checkout processes were quick and simple. As for the water park they did a good job with the space they have. Water was a little chilly but a great place for kids none the less.
The suite was very roomy and clean minus the popcorn in one of the chairs. Water park was amazing but very cold. Our 2 year old daughter was shivering after only a few minutes in the water. Would definitely come back if they adjust the water temperature.
